I grew up in a neighborhood with lots of character. Did you ever see the movie “Goodfellas”?
That led me to The School of Visual Arts, in NYC, where I studied photography. I then worked for many of the top Advertising, Portrait, and Fashion photographers before opening my own studio in famous Greenwich Village. It was a lot of fun, working with actors and models, building sets, traveling to interesting locations and mostly, learning about people.
I’m now in New Jersey, operating a dance photography business
(www.dancepixusa.com , in case you’re interested) and, aside from that, I love photographing people, either at work or at play. I’m just as comfortable wearing a suit at an elegant party as I am wearing jeans in a smoky factory, doing a portrait of a worker.
Whether you need a simple head-and-shoulders portrait or a complex production, call me and let’s chat about how I can help you.
